Seven Schuco Schuco has sent
another awesome diecast selection both in 1:87 and 1:43 Scale. The 1:43 Scale Opel
Agila, painted cosmic black, is a sweet little wedge shape auto with four
doors, flat rear hatch, mid-front hood antennae, chromed out wheels with a
black and orange interior. Oversize
rear turn-signals, diamond shaped headlights and a split chrome inset bumper
make this compact car big on style. Special detailing to
pay particular attention to are its chrome details, legible license plates,
side mirrors and chrome front hood decoration. Schuco's 1:87 Scale
selection include the Ford 17 M red and white two-tone, four-door sedan with
classic Ford body style, chrome wheels, bumpers and wedge shape rear wheel
body cutouts that are duplicated in the car's paint job. The Jaguar MK II is
cream white, four-door beauty with rounded body, segmented side front and
rear windows, oversize chrome bumpers and a shield shaped front grill. The Mercedes-Benz
E-Klasse T-Model is a mini-wagon painted a deep maroon. Trimmed in black and chrome the four-door
wagon is pure Mercedes complete with all the extras. Look for luggage racks, alloy wheels and a
luxurious white interior. The Porsche 356 A
Speedster is a two-door convertible with black interior, chrome trim, wheels
and bumpers and sits low to the ground.
The characteristic Porsche body with its curved body style tapering in
the back also a black tarp roof compartment. Painted in oversize
blue and yellow checkers the BMW X5 "Police" has a white hood with
the word 'Police" printed in reverse on it. The car also has roof mounted lights and siren, four doors and a
rear hatch. Brilliant white, the Porsche 911 S Coupé is all speed as its
body style suggests. Tinted windows
add to its illusion of speed as does its side mirrors swept back shape, wrap
around turn signals and low profile. Each car is has rubber wheels, features crisp paint application and superior modeling.
Schuco Selection Schuco sent a nice selection of its diecast vehicles in various
scales. Regardless of the size, each
vehicle is precisely scaled and sculpted, painted in minute detail, decaled with
exact duplicates of whatever company logo or symbol represented and packaged
in either hard case open front and top boxes or plastic panels top and front. I'd like to start with the 1:90 Scale. First up is the limited edition Austin FX 4 London "Singapore
Taxi" that is sculpted from a solid piece of metal with
snap-in axles with rubber wheels with a kaleidoscope of color decorating its
body. It comes in a special soft
display mount and includes a neat little display box folded up in its special
case. The 1:87 Scale Austin Morris Mini Cooper, painted in green and white
with full chrome details and rubber tires and wheels that actually turn-even
at such small a scale! Now that's
engineering! The second 1:87 Scale beauty is the Mercedes-Benz Bus O 302 painted
in white and red, packed with interior and exterior details including seats,
mirrors, roof window panes and full exterior door and ladder details. Bump the scale to 1:43 and you've got Schuco's VW Beetle Sanhelios: a
classic VW Bug with full chrome body trim, bubble hubcaps, rubber tires,
turning wheels, full interior details including steering wheel, seats, dash
and exterior lights, decals, windshield, windows and mirrors. From its Junior Line comes the Carrera Porsche 911 RS in solid
white with blue trim and decals.
Oversize chrome wheels, rear airscoop, black interior, full exterior
chrome trim and turn signals and headlights have all the bases covered in the
snazzy little classic number that looks so real you could almost take it for
a spin. 1:24 Scale is the next size and with its larger scale comes more
details and extras. The red and white
Mini-Cooper is a small car with big extras.
You'll be awed by the interior with working steering wheel and plus
black seats, front and rear. Move to the exterior and you have doors that open along with a rear
hatch and hood. Open the hood and
marvel at the fully-detailed trans-mounted engine in black and chrome, Exterior details are rear and front
lights, mirrors, storage compartment, wipers and even license plates.
Indy Pace Car Sleek and black with a two-seat, black interior are on display in
Greenlight's Chevrolet Convertible 2008 Indy from its Pace Car Garage
series. Tooled in 1:24 Scale, this
Corvette beauty is for the adult collector.
Trimmed in silver and black Indy flag side panels, the 2008 Pace car
also boasts opening doors, hood and full engine, interior and exterior
details Oversize chrome wheels add
just the right amount of flash to this very collectible diecast
Garage Helio Castroneves Penske Racing From Greenlight comes its new This Indy Racer is white with bright orange/red trim and decorated
with at scale decals. To scale rubber
tires are mounted on chrome wheels.
This diecast is ready to move!
Be sure to check out the incredible body detailing-right down to its
front stabilizing wings. World War II historians will tell you that the German/Nazi war machine was second to none. Its military superiority was evident in the highly advanced weaponry it designed and utilized. None was more intimidating than the Lufewaffe’s jet fighter The ME262A-1A was a formidable aircraft capable of fast speeds that left conventional aircraft far behind. It’s firepower and maneuverability dazzled the Allied forces and if it had been put into mass production sooner in the war Germany would have surely won the war. Admiral Toys has recreated the craft in 1:18 Scale with full interior and exterior details. Look for to-scale jet engines, wheels, cockpit, wings and body painted in camouflage colors. The aircraft comes disassembled but is easily and quickly put together. An articulated pilot, with chute, also comes with the aircraft and he easily slips into the cockpit behind the steering stick. Pay particular attention to the wing flaps and wheels covers that actually operate! Other details include decals, body seam lines, opening cockpit, antenna, collapsible landing gear, both front and mid-aircraft and more. Admiral Toys has a real winner on its hands. Historical accuracy, fine craftsmanship and attention to detail make it a collector’s choice.
PzKpfw III Ausf H and M The German war machine during WWII was formidable-especially its tank division. Its Panzer tanks were mechanized engines of destruction with superior armor, impressive fire power and surprising maneuverability and agility. Admiral Toys has released a duo to tanks the gray PzKpfw III Ausf H with its accented color scheme, moving turret and super details. The PzKpfw III Ausf M is similar in design except for lager ordinance, turret and tread shielding and a sandy camo paint scheme. Both vehicles are 1/72 Scale with excellent detailing, tight turret and gun movement and impressive paint application. They come in specially designed clear boxes with the vehicles held in place with small screws. |
